Meet Your Therapist
I’m a pelvic floor physical therapist who believes that healing happens best when you feel safe and supported. Because bladder, bowel, sexual, and pelvic floor function are so closely tied to the nervous system, my work focuses less on forcing change and more on creating the conditions for your body to feel safe enough to heal. I’ve seen this integrated approach be profoundly effective for a wide range of pelvic health concerns.
I work with people of all genders to support bladder, bowel, sexual, and pelvic floor health, with particular care for those who may feel sensitive, guarded, or disconnected in their bodies, as well as those navigating fertility, pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My approach is holistic and nervous-system–informed, honoring the deep connection between your body, your experiences, and your sense of safety.
My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida (2018) and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida (2022). I’ve been serving pelvic floor clients since 2022 and received the Certificate of Advanced Practice in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in 2024.
What makes my work unique is the way I integrate pelvic floor physical therapy with Somatic Experiencing® and visceral manipulation. I’ve completed advanced training in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute—a gentle, hands-on approach that can support digestion, bloating, constipation, fertility, prolapse, blood and lymphatic circulation, urinary urgency or leakage, and pain in areas such as the back, hips, shoulders, and neck. I’m also completing the Somatic Experiencing® training through Somatic Experiencing International, an intensive three-year program focused on trauma resolution and nervous system regulation, with expected certification in August 2026.
Outside of my work, I find joy in shuffle dancing, acro yoga, calisthenics, live music, spending time in nature, reading about women’s health and spirituality, cuddling my cat Thurston, and enjoying time with friends and family.
